Dear Geet Purvai Participants,
First of all, thanks a lot for registering or mentioning to me that you will be participating in Geet Purvai 2009. Congratulations !
I am happy to mention to you that there are about 25 of us that will hit the stage on 8th Aug. I have met most of you personally after the first meeting and I know you all are simply amazing !! That already sounds very exciting !! So, now is the time that we all know what we all will be performing.
Please send a mail to malshe.rohit@gmail.com telling what exactly you will be performing on stage.

For example -
Song: Tum ho to, Rock on.
Accompany : Rohit, Pratik, Vikram.
Length : 5 mins
Please do this as soon as possible.
This is to have a count and timing of items we will be performing on stage so that we can structure the MC acts. Once I have a count of all the items, I will send out an excel sheet with all the details. I know some participants do want to perform multiple acts. Please be prepared to do so. I will also let all you people know if there are any overlaps.
In the weeked of 17th July, we will have another meeting where you will be supposed to perform with the karaoke and your full group / both persons if duet. If some of you were present in the first meeting, you would know that we had a little amplifier, speaker system and computer playing the karaokes. We will have similar equipment in this rehearsal too. Near-perfection is fine for this rehearsal as you will have about 2 weeks to perfect the things, but completeness matters the most.
